"Showed up exactly when they said"
I ordered a bed from Max & Lily and, i immediately assumed delivery was going to turn into some whole thing. But it showed up right on the day they said it would, so that was a nice surprise.
The boxes looked good, and the tracking was clear enough that I wasn’t stuck guessing where it was. I figured I’d have to follow up at least once, but nope. Super easy, and I was really happy with how smooth it went.

"Good value and not too hard to assemble"
It took me a little while to put together, but the instructions were clear enough to follow. For the price, I’m happy with it and didn’t feel like I overpaid.

"Warranty help was honestly super easy"
We had a small issue with one piece of our bed, nothing major, but I figured I’d reach out to Max & Lily about the warranty. They got back to me quickly, which was nice because I was kind of expecting it to be a whole thing. It wasn’t at all. They sent the part we needed and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops. Also, the bed has been great overall, so I’m glad the support matched that. Really happy with how they handled it

"I got a bed from Max & Lily..."
I got a bed from Max & Lily mostly because I liked the style, it looks even better in my kid’s room than I expected.
The design is simple but still really cute, and it doesn’t feel bulky or overdone. The color was also close to the photos, which was a nice relief. Did anyone else feel like it looked even better once it was actually set up?
It made the whole room feel more put together without looking like we tried too hard. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out...

"Made the kids' room feel so much bigger"
I’m so happy with these beds. They freed up so much floor space in the kids’ room, and it feels way more open and easy to move around now. Such a great change!

"Showed up surprisingly fast"
I ordered from maxandlily.com and, shockingly, the shipping was actually quicker than I expected. I got tracking updates fast, and the package managed to arrive without any mysterious delays, which apparently is something to be grateful for these days.
Everything was packed just fine too, so no complaints there. i mostly appreciated not having to sit around waiting forever. I’d order again, assuming they keep doing the bare minimum this well.

"Arrived damaged, but they made it right"
The bed turned up with one cracked piece, which was definitely frustrating at first. But reading between the lines, these things can happen in shipping, and their support team handled it really well. They sent out a replacement quickly, so while it wasn’t ideal, I was happy with how they sorted it.

"Pretty happy with it for the price"
I got this bed for my kids i’m happy with it. I wasn’t trying to spend a ton, but I still wanted something that looked decent and didn’t feel like it was going to fall apart after a week, and this kind of checked all the boxes. It looks nice in their room, feels sturdy enough, and the price was really reasonable. Shipping was fine too, nothing weird or stressful. Overall, yeah, I’d say it was worth the money

"Felt awkward chasing support"
The bed itself is fine, but I felt a little embarrassed having to keep emailing customer service just to get a basic update. They took way too long to reply, and I ended up following up twice, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Perfect fit for the bunk bed"
We bought a twin mattress for our Max & Lily bunk bed and it fit perfectly. There aren’t any awkward gaps along the sides, and it’s still easy to tuck the sheets in. I know a lot of other parents probably worry about getting the sizing right, but this worked out without any hassle for us.

"Still sturdy after months"
I've had this for a few months now and it's been a really smooth experience overall. The wood still feels solid and holds up well, though it does pick up small scratches here and there

"Color looked just like the photos"
I got the white bed and the color was pretty much exactly like the pictures, which I was happy about. I do wish the instructions had been a little clearer, but overall it looks nice.

"I had to cancel my Max &..."
I had to cancel my Max & Lily order because I realized I picked the wrong bed size. I thought it might turn into a whole thing, but customer service replied quickly and made it simple.
They processed the refund without any hassle, and the money was back in my account a few days later. It was just a useful, easy experience, and I’d be comfortable ordering from them again...

"Missing parts, kind of annoying"
The bed looks fine, but mine was missing some bolts and washers. I had to stop building it and go buy the parts myself, which was frustrating. Instructions were okay, but for the price, everything should’ve been in the box...

"Instructions were really easy, really easy to follow"
Putting this bed together went a lot better than I thought it would. The Max & Lily instructions were clear, the parts were labeled well enough, and the pictures helped a lot, like a lot. My husband and I had it done in a couple of hours with no major confusion and no missing steps. I’m really happy with how sturdy it feels now that it’s all put together...

"so much extra storage Under the bed"
We got this bed with the drawers underneath and it’s been super helpful. My kids’ room used to have blankets, toys, and random stuff all over the floor, Like constantly. Now a lot of it actually has a place to go, and the drawers slide out easily too. It did take a little while to put together, but nothing too terrible. Overall, really happy with the extra storage.
